Dell is pleased to provide Registered and Certified Partners with comprehensive training resources to build their business as a member of Partner Direct. Now all of our Partners have access to a variety of training curriculums ranging from Dell technologies all the way through Partner certification. We’ve organized our training options below for your reference. Courses vary in format, whether instructor-led or self-paced, and some courses are free.

Certification Courses

Enterprise Architecture Certification Series
Each course is hosted online in a self-paced format. Request course access by sending an email message to us_partnerdirect_certified@dell.com.
Enterprise Foundations Training: Twelve modules covering multiple enterprise architecture topics, and the positioning and application of Dell products.
Dell EqualLogic Technical Training: Seventeen modules providing technical professionals with an overview of storage, and an in-depth knowledge of the PS Series array. The modules include how to identify key design considerations, and best practices to implement when using PS Series storage arrays in a storage area network (SAN).
Dell EqualLogic Sales Training: Seven modules providing sales professionals with valuable information on effectively selling Dell EqualLogic products and services to prospective customers.
Managed Services Provider Certification Series
The Business Builder package is offered to MSP candidates. It is a combination of sales, marketing, and operations best practices plus the following two technical courses. These courses are instructor-led and offered at Dell’s office in Billerica, MA.
Operations Training: This course is recommended for the business operations and technical people responsible for sales, implementation, and rollout of managed services. This two-day course teaches the essential concepts and skills required to plan a new customer installation, and develop the operational policies and procedures to manage the delivery of services. In addition, technical pre-sales topics are covered to aid in the technical sales of managed services.
System Administration Training: This course is recommended for system administrators. This two-and-a-half-day course teaches the essential skills to effectively provision new customers, manage existing customers, manage customer assets and events, and produce reports to manage a customer's environment. |
Dell Education Services Courses

These courses cover Dell products and technologies in detail, often providing hands-on experience with hardware. Courses are open enrollment. See the DES site for price and availability.
