Deal Registration

Deal Registration Dell is committed to rewarding our partners for developing new sales opportunities. To help protect your presales investments and minimize channel conflict between you and our direct sales teams, we’re implementing Deal Registration.
  • Partners can register deals with Dell through our new partner relationship management (PRM) tool from Salesforce.com.
  • The PRM tool enables partners to identify opportunities you are actively working and describe your pre-sales efforts.
  • If the submitted deal is approved, the sales opportunity will be protected against direct-sales efforts at Dell.
  • The PRM tool has been customized to limit only those with “need-to-know” status to view deal submissions from our partners.
In addition, our direct sales teams will be compensated for any partner deals in their assigned account set. We’re making this investment so that you can work new sales opportunities knowing that your presales efforts will be rewarded and protected. Internal Dell teams are motivated to look for ways to collaborate with partners and create a “win” for everyone involved.

Deal Registration is available to both Registered and Certified Partners; however Certified Partners receive enhanced Deal Registration benefits, including the ability to have a higher number of deals approved at any one time and a longer period by which to close a deal.
